    第一个戚风蛋糕

    好不容易有了点做饭的兴趣,再接再励,下午挑战高难度的戚风蛋糕,没想到第一个戚风还挺有模有样,味道也特别香,比纸杯蛋糕香,难怪这款人人学。小鱼评价是比外面买的好吃多了!遗憾的是底盘有点焦糊,主要最后十分钟只用下管还是时间长了点,表面也有裂纹,可能泡打粉多了点。以后再做就再打点奶油裱个花摆点水果图案什么的,可以给老妈做生日蛋糕了!她肯定很高兴:-)
