    清淡寿司下午茶

    今天香港太阳好大,又把短袖短裤翻出来套上。热天儿还是吃点清淡的好,今儿个下午茶就奉给大家寿司吧。内陷儿都是常见的,我也是就地取材,冰箱里有什么就做什么。反转的稍有点难度,还有个娱乐版寿司,^_^哈哈。

    还有给秋秋美女的蛋糕方子:
    材料: 
    熟香蕉2根(去皮淨重150g),蛋2個(連殼約重130g),低筋麵粉140g,糖90g,沙拉油(任何液態植物油)1/4 (48G),牛奶(milk1/4(60G),泡打粉(baking powder11/4小匙。

    做法: 
    1.
    把香蕉用叉子搗成泥狀備用。低筋麵粉加入泡打粉,混合過篩。烤箱預熱至170 C
    2.
    在打蛋盆中放入蛋與糖,並用電動攪拌器或打蛋器攪打至顏色發白且體積變大(不用完全打發)。倒入沙拉油、牛奶與香蕉泥打勻。加入麵粉與泡打粉,用橡皮刀拌勻。
    3.
    將麵糊倒入纸杯中,表面裝飾核桃仁或杏仁片。移入烤箱中烘烤約25分鐘.

    以上分量可以做6-7个,依纸杯大小而定。试试吧,打蛋有点辛苦,不然就买个打蛋器,要电动的,省力。
